Which Wisely Phone Number Do I Need To Call?

Wisely has two phone numbers on file for Wisely customers. The number you need to call depends on if you have either a Wisely Pay or Wisely Direct card.

Look at the back of your card. The card should contain the number in bold, white text that you'll need to call for Wisely customer support. Wisely Pay cards will display the 1 (866) 313-6901 number. Wisely Direct cards will have the 1 (866) 313-9029 number.

How To Lock A Wisely Card With Your Phone

If your debit card is missing or misplaced, you can disable it right from your smartphone. You’ll need the myWisely mobile app in order to do this.

Here’s how to lock your debit card:

  1. Open the myWisely app and log in.
  2. Tap on “Account”.
  3. Tap on your card information.
  4. Tap on the switch next to “Lock Card” to disable it.

Locking the card will prevent the card from being used for purchases. So if someone else were to be in possession of it, it wouldn’t work as long as it’s locked. Cards can also be unlocked if you have manually locked them. If your card has been missing for a long time or has been stolen, contact Wisely customer service right away. Customer service will issue you a new card. Your representative will permanently lock your card, and you’ll have to wait for your new card in order to make purchases again.
